American River Camp Property

Enjoy your own 65+ pristine acres of natural wonderland, less than 10 minutes from Placerville and Highway 50.  There are multiple home-build and camping sites, with a well and electricity to the property.  There are internal 4x4 roads and trails leading down to a private beach with waterfall, and about 1/2 mile of the American River at Chili Bar Reservoir.  Swim, fish for trout, take a boat ride up to Pirate Island with a large sandbar beach and cliff jumping rocks into the deep water, or pan for Gold when the river is low.  Ride ATVs or dirt-bikes on the land, target shoot, or just hike and enjoy nature.  There are storage containers with camping, boating and dirt-bike equipment, and a firetruck at the property.
